We offer free shipping on orders over €100. 

Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout and does not include possible  VAT  customer is responsible for.

Express Shipping can be offered with company of choice, DHL, Fed Ex or UPS, to receive order 2-3 working days after order has been prepared for dispatch.

Bare in mind, the express shipping rates differ from 40 EUR up to 180 EUR more depending on the size and weight of the package and the destination. 

Free shipping on orders over 100€ not applicable for Express Shipping. 

The secure and trackable service offered by Correos will deliver your package within 5-7 working days following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched, excluding holidays throughout the year.

Expect a delay during the height of the Christmas Season. 

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of confirmation email and mailed Monday through Thursday.

All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are mailed the following Monday.   

Shipping fees are not included into the price and will be added to your order during the check-out process before payment.

As soon as you buy a product from a non-EU country, then effectively you become an importer and become liable to customs and excise duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments and there is no way around this. If we do not specify the contents of the package your order will be held at customs. 

• The customs value is made up of:

  • the price paid for the goods,

  • the insurance cost, when applicable

  • the shipping cost.

The import VAT is calculated as a percentage (VAT rate) of the taxable amount.

The VAT rate is the one applicable in the country where the goods are being delivered.

The possible percentage of duties will be charged to buyer at time of delivery, it is not included in the online payment when order is placed. 

For those of you who live in the surrounding area of A Marina, Galicia or are visiting Ribadeo can arrange a collection at O´ Bosque Animado located at el Canton, Plaza de España, the Center of Historic Ribadeo.

To arrange a local collection select the option at checkout, specifying the date and time you wish to pickup your package. Shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your purchase. 

Please note, O´ Bosque Animado is a collection station. All queries, concerns or changes for In The Woods orders must be done through us.
