The Yule Log specially selected to warm the home during the Winter Solstice.

In Galicia it is the Tizón de Nadal.

A Pre-Christian European belief of being granted luck and fortune when burning the Yule Log in the hearth rather than the traditional bonfires built throughout the year for celebration of a holiday.

The log is to be placed on the hearth and lit. It is unlucky to have to light it again after it has once been started, and it ought not go out until it has burned away completely.

The scarf designed in a delicate classic log cabin pattern in  chestnut and a contrasting blush colourway gives the impression of split logs stacked for use in the fireplace to warm up the home.

Wrap yourself or someone you love up in warmth and embrace the luck and fortune you may now have.
